HAZARDOUS ITEMS IN YOUR
YARD THAT ARE DANGEROUS TO YOUR PUPPY OR DOGS
A safe yard is good for kids and also for
dogs. You should never have any broken branches with sharp edges. A
pool is very dangerous for your dog. Your pool must have a safety
ramp in case he falls in. You must teach him to swim to this ramp.
Always supervise your dog around pools.
Secure fence (at least 6 feet high)
Gate must be secure at all times
Check your yard making sure that there
are no electrical wires showing or at his reach
Other sharp object laying around
(trimmers, lawnmowers, etc...)
Make sure that the grass is chemical free
and safe
Check for Hazardous animals such as
snakes
